1st Teachers' Meeting
We had the meeting on November 18, at 8 pm CET and discussed some tasks to be completed till January.
1st Students' Meeting
First of all,a voting was carried out in the project teachers' whats app group to be able to decide the most suitable date and time for the meeting.
The meeting was held on November 18, at 6.30 pm CET.
THE FLOW OF THE MEETING
1. A short description of the project was made by Derya Özzeybek.
2. The results of brainstorming task was evaluated by Maiia Seliatina.
3. "Eco-news from Our School" presentations were made by the students.
4. The teachers and the students were divided into breakout rooms and they completed the table below to create a manifesto for the Rhythm of the Nature.
5. The manifestos were presented by a student from each group.
6. Since it got late, the kahoot quiz which was planned to be played in the meeting was shared with the partners and asked for them to play it with their students in the classroom.

2nd Teachers' Meeting
We held a teachers' meeting on December 3 to discuss the project activities and the task of 2nd Students' Meeting.
2nd Students' Meeting
We had our 2nd students meeting on December 17, 2025 at 6 pm CET.
THE FLOW OF THE MEETING
1.The meeting task, "Eco-Action Calendar" was explained to the teachers and the students.
2.The topics picked from the brainstorming cloud was distributed to the teams to work on in the breakout rooms. "Picker Wheel" group making tool was used for this random matching.
3.The participants were divided into random breakout rooms. Each room members were required to work on one page of the calendar created in canva. The link was shared in the chat box with all participants to be able to work collaboratively.

Each team was asked to complete four steps on their calendar page:
1.Write the environmental topic assigned to the group.
2.List three or more environmental actions related to the topic
3.Add one or two relevant visuals or photos related to the topic. They were warned to follow copyright rules and use royalty-free images only.
4.Write related environmental awareness days for each month.
4.After the breakout room activity was completed, we turned back to the main room and presebted the work to all participants.
5. As a final activity, a New Year kahoot game which was created by the Italian partner Anna Rinaldi was played.
3rd Teachers' Meeting
We had our 3rd Teachers' meeting on March 9, 2026 at 8 pm CET. It was about the task which was planned to be completed in the stuednts' meeting.
The teachers were informed about the game task which was planned to be completed in the students' meeting.
3rd Students' Meeting
Two student meetings were held on different dates to ensure the participation of all partners and their students: March 10 at 5:00 p.m. CET and March 11 at 7:00 p.m. CET.
During these meetings, students worked in transnational teams to develop different components of the game “Eco-Mission Possible.” At the beginning of each session, students were presented with sample activities to guide their work.
They were then assigned to breakout rooms, where they collaborated and recorded their ideas—such as riddles, challenges, and puzzles—on shared Google Docs.
At the end of each meeting, students were introduced to the importance of the forum on TwinSpace and were given instructions on how to use it effectively for further communication and collaboration.

4th Students' Meeting
The 4th student meeting was designed to contribute to one of the project’s common products, the 'Green Words' Dictionary. It enabled teachers and students to collaborate in transnational teams through breakout rooms. The meeting combined two main tasks—selecting plants and exploring environmental issues—to help shape the content of the dictionary.
First of all, we voted for the meeting date in the teachers' whatsapp group to be able choose the most appropriate time for all partners.
After we set the time, we discussed the meeting details in the whatsapp group.
Consequently, we had our meeting on April 22 at 7 pm CET.
THE FLOW OF THE MEETING

After the initial greetings, teachers and students were divided into random breakout rooms. In these groups, they were asked to choose a plant (such as a tree, flower, or bush) that symbolizes nature. Following their discussions, they collaboratively completed the document provided below and the results were presented in the main room.

During the meeting, the environmental issues listed by the partners for the 'Green Voices' podcast series were distributed randomly among the partners. A picker wheel tool was used to ensure a fair and unbiased allocation.
Before the meeting, a presentation on 'Environmental Literacy' had been shared with the partners, and they were asked to study it with their students in class. During the online meeting, a Kahoot quiz prepared by Ayşe Atik (İzmir Anatolian High School) was played. At the same time, Maiia Seliatina (Odesa Lyceum) randomly distributed the plants selected in the first round of breakout rooms for the second round.

In the second round, participants were assigned to breakout rooms where each group was matched with a plant name selected in the first round, along with two environmental topics that had been randomly allocated. The participants were then asked to generate words related to these topics, using the letters of the plant name as initials. The collected words were recorded on Padlet boards that had been created by the partner teachers prior to the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, an additional link was shared with the partners to record any absent students. This information will be used to include them in transnational groups formed to cover the missing letters assigned to teachers who were not present at the meeting.
